Dan Bowman - Interim Executive Director

Mr. Bowman is an Allen native and a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio.  He is also a graduate of Leadership Allen Class XVII and an ex officio member of the Leadership Allen Steering Committee through the Allen Chamber of Commerce.  Bowman is a Past President and current member of the Allen Kiwanis Club.  He recently received his MBA Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and completed training through the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.

Tracey Cline – Senior Administrative Assistant

Tracey’s passion for people, engaging smile and willingness to do whatever it takes keeps the Allen EDC office humming!  She previously worked as a Senior Admin at YUM Brands, where she was the winner of the Customer Maniac of the Year award.  Prior to Yum Brands, she worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for over 10 years where she won numerous STAR awards and served as the Special Events Chair for 7 of the 10 years.  Tracey and her husband Larry live in the great City of Allen!  They have two children, Jonathon, who is a student at Baylor University, and a daughter, Jenney, who attends Allen ISD.

Ryan Shook – Economic Development Specialist

Shook grew up in Richardson and graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas in 2006.  After attending the University of Texas at Austin for his freshman year of college, he decided to follow his passion for Old-School college football tradition to the University of Notre Dame.  Shook double majored in Economics and Computer Applications and graduated in May 2010.  He is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economic Honor Society, and is currently studying for the GMAT to eventually obtain his MBA.  Ryan enjoys to play golf and tennis in his free time and is an avid outdoorsman.
