Allen DBSI Purchases SH 121 Acreage

Allen, TX – (November 1, 2006) DBSI Group of Companies recently purchased 144 acres on the southwest corner of SH 121 and Alma Drive in Allen, Texas and appointed Staubach Retail as the exclusive leasing agent. DBSI will prepare the land for retail, office, and residential development. With appropriate approvals, development will commence in two-to-three years.
